April 14, 2025 – Intermittent Connectivity Issue: Some websites experienced access issues throughout the day. The TDS team triaged and resolved the issue by 7:00 PM ET.
April 12, 2025 – Planned Outage (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET): As part of the data center migration, users experienced temporary loss of access to DFS drive, VPN, virtual machines (VMs), Costpoint, internal/external Westat websites, and email delays while network switching was performed. Work completed successfully by 6:00 PM.
March 29, 2025 – 6 AM to 4 PM: Rockville Campus VDOM Cutover. New network equipment added. No downtime reported. Work completed by 2:00 PM.
April 5, 2025 – 5 AM to 7 AM: Firewall policy updates during scheduled window. No anticipated impact. Completed on time.
